70 Wire Harness and Battery Cables

Does anyone manufacture battery cables that pass NCRS muster?

Also, does anyone manufacture rear wire harness to pass NCRS muster?

P.S.-I belong to NCRS but the manuals have been on back order going on a year while they update. Rediculous!
