'63-'67 Alternator Fan Date Codes

When restoring a Mid-Year alternator, what is a good reference source.
In particular, were the alternator fans date coded also?

The NCRS Technical Information Manual & Judging Guide for your year car describes the correct alternator in detail, including the ID and date format, diode dating convention, etc. The alternator fan is not dated.
