Default 1969 Door glass sticker

The 69 T-top I just bought has what looks to be an original warning sticker on the rear of the drivers side door glass. It warns of use of the lap belts without locking in the shoulder belts. Anyone seen this before?
It's a very original car so I'm thinking it came from the factory with this?
