Default a.i.r. tube I.D. ?

Hello,
I have a couple of exhaust air tubes that I think are from a 74 big block. Anyone out there that can identify these for sure?
Thanks in advance.
Bryan

They don't look big-block to me. The two middle cylinders aren't that close together.

Those are small-block tubes.

Hello guys,
Are they correct for a 68? The catalogs list the small block tubes as 68-74. So, I'm assuming they all look alike.
Which ones the driverside and which ones the passenger?

Bryan, I just looked at my 42,000mi "very original" Silver '68 coupe and those look quite different than mine. For one thing, on the passenger side of my '68, the main vertical pipe is very short, about 1/3 of what is shown on those two. Also the one that has the longer horizontal cylinder is not what is on my car. Mine also do not have those "45 degree angle bends" on the smaller tubes like the one side depicts.

Keep in mind for the smallblock C3s that did come with A.I.R., those tubes came in a few diffrent styles. I just know those shown are a bit different than what is on my original '68.

Each manifold in your pictures above appears to be for the driver's side.

I would assume they all look alike also, since the small-block exhaust manifolds are pretty much the same.

Paul,
Thank you for the pictures. I had a hunch these were not correct for 68. Hmmm, I wonder what these do fit. I can't find a part number on them. Do the repo's in the catalogs look anything like the 68 tubes?
Mayberg,
With the check valve tubes pointing toward the front of the engine that would make sense as to these being driverside tubes. But they sure don't look alike. I wonder if they are for 74 and later cars?
