Particularly impressive that the dealership tried to replace it with a car they lied about being a "one-owner" Camaro that was actually an accident car. So wreck the guy's car, then try to rip him off on a replacement. Business ethics at it's best.

Of course, with 5,000 comments on the story on yahoo and viral spread all over the internet, it will be a long time before any search on 1st State Chevrolet in Delaware comes up with anything other than this story. Anyone want to buy a C7 from 1st State anytime soon?

It doesn't look like the dealer is doing the right-thing and he really needs to sue them.

update was the "employee" came back after hours and stole it

which makes it more of a criminal thing than an employee thing

still, i thought dealers carried theft insurance

I've seen an employee take a car after hours and get arrested for drunk driving, and to top it off he s#!t his pants in the car.
