its official! i am now a trans am owner
i have been looking for a 2nd generation trans am for a couple of years now. i have been looking for a project , preferably a 79-81. today my dreams came true. less than a 1/4 mile away from my house , hidden in a lot behind the barbershop i found her. i know nothing about her other than she is all original and unmolested. previous owner passed away 10 years ago and his son drove her to where she is and for several years forgot about her. until today! i will be towing her home on monday and will post pics then. it is silver with red vinyl interior. i usually spend my time here on the c3 forum and now have a reason to check in on the f body guys!

Lucky find for you. I'm also on the lookout for one, I love the Firebird so much. In my case it's got to be a stick. Trans Am, Formula, Esprit, all of them are great.
