Kind of debating in the next year between the two in vert form. If I bought the LS3 Vette I would do cam, headers, possibly heads and tune. Obviously initial cost would be lower. ZL1 vert is more expensive, shittier handling due to weight, but a pulley or two, cam and headers with a tune it would rip also much more rare. Would the two be that far off due to the weight factor?

I would say the handling on a ZL1 would be equal or better then an ls3....The really have that car dialed in and if we were comparing it to a Z06 or even a Grandsport then maybe I wouldnt say that but....

ZL1 is a better handling car IMO then the base vette....power wise I believe a h/c ls3 would outperform a ZL1 in a line...I ran a ZL1 w/my bolt on LS3 and beat it...so
