Other sites offer a "manage attachments" area when you look to reply to a post, or create a new thread.
In my case nothing shows up.
I usually upload from "My Docs, My Pictures", Etc. in my PC.

Got me beat. 8.96 was the best with mine. 10" tire car. Full interior with power everything still intact.
