Default What do you think of this trade?

I have a 1988 Trans Am that runs great and looks equally good and contemplated trading it for either and older muscle car, 4th Gen F-body, or a C4.

I get a email a few days ago from a guy with a 1976 Camaro that he wanted to do an even swap for and he had documentation back to the original owner to go with it as well. He said it has new tires and runs great.

He's three hours away and I'm going to meet him halfway tomorrow to work out a deal. This would be cool because I had a 78 Camaro back in HS 20 years ago.

Not sure about good or not, but I'd rather have the Camaro.

Then it would be good for me, I'd rather have the camaro too.

He keeps asking me if the subwoofers and amps goes with the car, this leads me to think he's trying to get something newer for his kid?? If so then this would be a fair trade for him too...the TA would be better suited for someone in HS.

The camaro my be worth more. But i would rather have the TA. The 75-76 camaro with the steel bumper has to be the ughlest of the 2nd gens. If it was a Z28 maybe but a regular camaro, no way. The TA is way nicer.
