I got an idea... when I install a new 402 LS2 in my C5, I'll have an almost complete LS1 in my hands. If I dont sell it I want to install it in my 88 GTA Firebird with a 700r4 trans. Does anyone knoe where I can find the adapter kit to do this? (2002 LS1 into 88 GTA or trans am with 305 5.0v8) I know its been done. Help me out. Thnx guys.

You might contact STREET & PERFORMANCE in Mena, AR. They deal with conversions of anything sbc, sbf, MOPAR and especially in LT1/4, LSx based motors (billet accessories, motor mounts, wiring harnesses, etc).
I would think SLP could probably be another informative source.

When I had my IROC-Z, www.thirdgen.org was the place to go for that kind of stuff.
