Default 1996 wrecked Camaro FS

I don't know if this is the correct place to put this thread since i am a newbie to the F Body forum so I apologize in advance if I goofed.

I am posting this for a buddy of mine. He has a 1996 V6 Camaro with an automatic trans that was hit in the left front. There is "frame" damage though I don't think its severe. It does have a straight title.

He said the motor was rebuilt a year or so ago and that it runs great. The tires a fair but there is no rust and the inside is pretty nice but the mileage is pretty high. It has a gray cloth interior. It does have T Tops

He might be willing to part the motor and trans separately. Maybe you could make this into a nice drag car if you don't want to fix it back to original??? He is asking $1,700 OBO.

You can call him directly if you have any questions at 586-772-8814.

For some reason i can't post the pics i have because i am not a "member" though i am of the Corvette Forum...hmm. I will keep trying ! Thanks!!

1. You need a picture hosting website. It can be yours or anyone's. Many use Photobucket.com, Tinypic.com, and others.

2. Size your picture in a photo editor. Straight from the camera is TOO BIG!!!! A good file size is 100k or less, as this is a decent size when viewed here.

3. Open your hosting site, i.e., tinypic.com http://tinypic.com/

4. Click the Browse button and find your photo file.

5. Click the Upload Now button.

6. Click the Copy button for the "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards:"

(there won't be spaces after or before the tag)

7. Paste in your message and you will get this below:

Other instructions are:

That is it. Easy to do.

That is it. Easy to do.
I appreciate your help, but the problem is with the forum site itself. Its not granting me access to post pics or thumbs. As you can see by the post above, one of the monitors was trying to help me as well.

In the posting rules below, it says "you MAY NOT post attachements" and i should be able to with my membership to the forum but for some reason it won't let me.

I will be happy to email you some pics if you want to see them however!!!

Email me at peterhern@yahoo.com and i will send them right away!!!

Thanks!!

No, the problem is NOT with the forum. You don't need to attach the pictures to the forum. If you would read his post, he explained how to host them somewhere else, so no matter what your forum status it, you can still post pics.
