2001 Camaro P1133 Error Code?

Hey guys,

I have an 01 SS SLP Camaro (with tons of upgrades). I noticed while driving it today, the Serivce Engine light came on. It says code P1133. Does anyone know what code P1133 means? Where is the problem coming from? How to fix it?
