(Dredging up a thread I first posted in 2004!)

For you late-40-somethings out there... When I was in my teens--somewhere between 1972 to 1977--I got a car magazine that featured on the cover the most gorgeous 67 or 68 Camaro Rally Sport, painted orangey-yellow with a blacked out grill and maybe American Racing wheels--well, it just about changed by automotive life. All these years I thought that it was Car Craft, but now I'm thinking maybe it might have been Hot Rod, or Popular Hot Rodding, or who knows what? Two questions: does that jog anyone's (hopefully better than mine) memory? Or, any tips on searching the web to try to locate a picture of that glorious automobile on the cover of a magazine that I can't quite remember??

I've searched through oldmagazines.com--they have the best indexed site with pictures of most of the covers--but to no avail....
