Hot Nevada Vettes is proud to host the 2010 Western States Corvette Council Convention in Las Vegas, May 5th - 9th. Last year we have 211 Corvettes participate from 31 Corvette Clubs from around the country. We had Corvettes drive in from as far away as Ohio! Everyone is welcome to join the fun whether you belong to a club or not. This is an opportunity to enjoy meeting other Corvette owners and compete in activities such as rallyes, drag racing, go kart racing, autocross and a judged & people’s choice car show under the canopy on Fremont Street. To even make this more special this year we have a super low rate from the Tuscany Suites and Casino of $49 per night! These are huge, newly remodeled rooms with wet bars and living rooms. Once again we plan on raising money for Corvettes Conquer Cancer and the American Cancer Society! Last year we brought in about $3000 and we look to do much more than that in 2010 with your help!

I'm posting this for a friend, item is located in Colorado Springs. He bought this kit a couple years ago. Never installed it and I doesn't need it any more. Includes the VSC3g touch screen controller, IFS-10 failsafe, and ISG-10 kit with a 920 ml/min and 460 ml/min nozzle. He's also including a solenoid for the failsafe so when activated it resorts to wastegate boost. Its similar to the BBK-20 kit with no fittings or tubing, see my pictures for actual solenoid

When He bought the ISG-10 it did not come with the FCS-10 Flow Control Solenoid and has a smaller tank than the one in the link below. I also think it has the 150 psi pump, not the 250 psi pump in the link.

http://www.labontemotorsports.com/st...how/VCS3G.html

He paid $698 plus shipping, will sell for $599 shipped to lower 48, again it's brand new, never installed.

I can't pass judgment on Patrick Motor Co, as I've never bought or sold a vehicle there, but I need to warn anyone thinking about taking their car to their in housed detailer. Right now he goes by Total Image Auto, he's gone by a million other names, but if you see bald man who introduces himself as John Samus, please, for your sake run away.

John is about as low as they come on the business trustworthy totem pole, and has cost several people several thousand dollars. Some of us got lucky, he merely racked up a few thousand miles on our babies, others who he conned into investing in his "business" lost 10's of thousands of dollars when he went 'bankrupt' after buying wheels for his tahoe and whatever else. PLEASE, STAY AWAY from him.

:smash:

Hope this catches everyone in the area.

I have 2004 stock 5 spoke highly polished alum wheels. Wheel size is 17x8.5 and 18x9.5. I have 25k loving miles on them – great condition. I’m finally taking the plunge and upgrading my wheels, will probably occur early Jan 2010. Would like to make this a local sale so potential buyer can view wheels on car at their leisure and eliminate shipping hassles. I’ll be keeping the TPMS for the new wheels. Asking $400 OBO.

I got a new tinted roof panel, and a black halo. Best part was, they were located in So Cal, and my Dad lives there. Being the uber cool dude that he is, he got the parts for me, and met me in St. George, UT the following weekend so I could pick them up.

Drive out there was ab. fab. Left early AM from Denver, arrived in Green River before lunch, and was ahead of schedule. So I headed South at Green River to Hanksville, UT. Then over across to Boulder, UT, and down thru Hatch, then over by Brian Head ski area sort of. Ended up in Cedar City, and cruised down 15 to St. George.

It took me thru Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and Fish Lake National Forest. If you've never driven between Boulder, UT and Hatch, it makes Red Mountain Pass between Ouray and Silverton seem like nothing. A narrow, steep road on slickrock, with big drops on both sides.

Breathtaking scenery, in a deserted part of UT, and no UHP for miles. You know how that goes.......

Finally got the halo on- working with weatherstripping sux. I think it turned out good. I like the looks. Used to have red roof and halo, now both are black.

Photos.

Before: Interesting- I just noticed how much lower the car sits at speed. This shot was at the Sandhills One Mile Shootout, crossing the finish line- about 160mph. Apparently the C6 makes a little downforce.......I didn't realize.
