Please suggest a cam for my setup

Hi, My car mainly is for street. I cannot get rid of smog equiptment other than pre cats and EGR. My engine is stock exept for the minor stuff listed in my sig. Trans is A4 with stock converter and rear end is 3.07. I would like to add LPE long headers, a cam and big runners and a fitting base plate with some porting - might go with Super RAM if find one that suits my finances. I just did a full top end rebuild so I probably stay with my stock heads at this point. What kind of cam is suitable for my engine/purpose? Is there one that can be used if I choose big runners+base plate now but might upgrade to SR later? Does SR and other better flowing intakes work without problems with speed density cars? Places to install MAP and other sensors? Thanks, Toni
