Tell me what parts to put in my new engine

Just got my heads back from the machine shop where they've been for almost a year. Now I need to start ordering other parts. Here's what I've got so far: Dart 400 smallblock Brodix Track 1 heads, fully ported. 2.08x1.60 Manley Severe Duty ($3500 for heads, machine work, springs-retainers) 64cc TPIS MiniRam II(being port matched at the machine shop) ASM 1050 Throttlebody. NOS Sportsman Direct Port Fogger Kit I want to build a 427. Tell me what internals to stick in. What would you use.(Pistons, rods, crank, blah, blah.) Also, opinions on the Jesel rockers.
