Probably something wrong with your crankcase ventilation system that is causing crankcase pressure buildup that pushes oil out the tube, or it could be just that the dipstick doesn't seat and seal properly.

Is it just a little blowby or is it because of a filled crankcase? Is the oil level normal when you check it? If it is infact overflowing you have a problem. It would have to be either gas or water. The water is easy to diagnois. If the water level is normal it is gas and that is a ruptured diaphram in the fuel pump. If it is blowby vent the valve cover.
