I got a Golen 383 in my '91 C4 and before I get a professional tune and see the numbers, I'd like to hear some guesses how much hp and tq it could make. I tried to find a free calculator but did not have luck on this. Hera are some specs ...

Crank: Eagle 4340 Forged Steel
Rods: Eagle forged 4340 H-beam, 6" length, floating pin
Pistons: Mahle forged pistons w/ -16cc dish
CR somewhere between 9.2:1 and 9.5:1 as I'd like to ad some FI later

Bore 4.030"
Stroke 3.750"
Deck clearance .000" - .005" in the hole

Cam: custom roller in/exh dur@.050" 214/224 lift (w/1.5) .531"/.568" LSA 115
Heads: AFR 195 milled to 70cc
Intake: Super Ram w/ 52mm TB

Exhaust: Hooker Headers, 3"-pipe w/ X and 2 Magnaflow cats, Corsa Mufflers

Hard #s difficult to say
Id guess around 400+-hp tq will be nutso high like Big block #s.
I port a lot of superrams that wil be your biggest gain you could get once all thats done. You will pick up tq and hp EVERYwhere across the board.
