Looking for Info On these Heads!!!!
Hey guys so my husband and I just got a 91 Chevy 1500... Yay yay I know this is a corvette site.... Heres the cool part, the truck has a 1968 350 corvette motor in it. Big truck, lots of power Mudders Dream! The guy we got it from also gave us a whole bunch of extra parts. Including some PRO S-RT Heads and we can't seem to find out anything about these heads 2237694167TH1684. Please if anyone knows anything about these lets us know! Thanks a million!

First off, all SBC-equipped '68 Vettes came with 327 - not 350 engines. You may want to do an Internet search on the engine code listed on the stamp pad to find out what you really have.
As for the Pro Topline S-RT heads, according to this thread here's what the numbers break down to:
2 = cast iron head
23 = 23 degree valve angle
76 = 76cc combustion chamber
94 = 1.94" intake valves
167 = 167cc intake runner volume
TH1684 = unknown, probably part of the ID/casting code.
You may have better luck doing an on-line search that include other Chevrolet vehicle forums. Just be advised that the company that made these heads went belly up due to financial problems and that their quality really suffered as the end drew nigh.
Hope this helps!
