Moroso Oil Pan

Does any one know if a Moroso oil pan # 20205 will fit on a stock 96, LT4 and not be in the way of the stock cats? Thanks

I used that pan on my 95 without any problem.

It's a nice pan! Running it on my 89. I had to run the smaller (stock) filter with the oil coolerthough.
