Default c3 forced induction mod.misc. concerns

whoever can help on multiple questions/concerns on either supercharging or turbocharging my 70 coupe. My initial concern is keeping everything under the hood. I do have the L88 hood installed for added room but before I start attempting this I definitely want no body or hood modifications. Now,that being said, the kits I seem to run across, either super ur turbo use a long water pump setup. I looked at my crank pulley and it looks to have basically no room to put long pump pulleys without crossmember work. I really don't want to spend a ton of money to acheive this but I realize it won't be cheap either. also I see a T3/T4 twin turbo kit with intercooler and all piping for small block chevy on ebay to fit carburated corvette for $1150.00 and question its quality. Any input will be appreciated.

thanks

nitrous may be your best bet....

the "ebay special" turbo T3/T4 is not bad, it will allow you to get your set up in and started to tuned, but if in a year or so the turbos goes out, you can just replace them with a better brand of turbo
you may look into converting from carb into EFI so you will be able to tune the car better.

if you stay carb, you will need a "boost" friendly carb.. I know that much, but the run of the mill NA carb will not take it for long before issues arise...I have seen them out in the market so they are out there.

Best of luck with your reserch and choice!
