what year did fuel injection start in vettes? when was the last carbureated made? what models engine should i look for (427, lt1,)? any Ideas?

Fuel injection was first offered in Corvettes in 1957.

The last year for a carbureted Corvette was 1981. There was only one engine offered in the Corvette in 1981 (no other engine options), it was a 350 CID, and the RPO code was probably L48.
