Default piston bore rod / clearance

My new H-beam rods hit the lower corner of the #1 & #2 (so far) piston bore, where there seems to be ragged casting material on the block.

I assume that this can be relieved enough for the H-beam to clear.

Am I correct in this assumption ?

Components are, 1978 stock 400 block, 4340/3.75 eagle crank and eagle h-beam rods

Thanks in advance
