Default Custom Fuel Injection Systems

I'm still drooling over the Hillborn 8-stack EFI system. Does anyone on the forum do custom ECU setups (Haltech ?) that could give me some idea just what I'd be getting myself into?

Thanks - Greg

I've seen that set up too and think it looks great. Have you posted your question in the ECM\PCM tuning section?

Greg, post this in the EFI section at http://www.chevytalk.com YOu might also try a search on their site. Lot's of folk running custom systems over there. There was a post about this there a few weeks ago.

Edit: Found it! http://forums.chevytalk.com/forums/F...ML/000187.html

How cool is this?

Yes, I wish I had a picture though. The only problem the setup he made needs a power adder. Like a big turbo, I mean really big. It uses a DFI system to run everything. There are two of them right now and one is on his 69 Camaro. This system is bad, the car idles nice you can even drive it in the snow. It is fairly quiet and cruises in the mid 9 second range right now. We don't know how fast it will go yet because he has only been to the strip with it once, and never got to launch it of the trans brake. Oh yea its a 355 small block. And those times were on 10" DOT tires.

Flareside - Thanks I'll take a look. I also discovered a guy who I work with runs a custom Electromotive ECU for the FI on his racing 911, so he has a lot of experience with programming on it.
