Question about heads?

I was given a set of LS2 heads, will these heads work on an LT1 motor? thanks

Nope not interchangeable. Consider aftermarket or porting yours?

Ok thanks, going to get block and stroke for my 86 then. i appreciate the info. so i guess i'm going to build a 427 then, i'll have these heads ported and polished. it's really great to have the knowledge of so many people to help keep you straight.... Thanks again

Depending on how much $ your porter wants... you could sell your heads and put the money towards some AFR Eliminators.
