Default best overall MODs for a 350 CFI injected C4

I have been around about simple mods for an '84 CFI C4... What are the best mods to go with...(I'm not looking for insane HP increases just something that can get me past 250hp- 265hp.....At this time My C4 is still running fine, with the exception of the valve cover leaking a little oil and a by-passed switch for the elec fan....with 154k....how long she will go before the engine dies on me ... should i wait or REBUILD NOW ... ?
.. Im going with 1.6 to 1 (3/8 stud ) Roller-tip rockers, possibly get a powermax 2040 cam and hardened pushrods.. 170cc heads....( Is there anything I can do with the stock heads.. I know they are JUNK but for a budget..What can be done with them..?.) Change the valves , springs rods rockers Can the stock heads be ported at all or are they crap and should be replaced.....
....What are the best ones for a reasonable price (remember that this C4 has 154,000 on the clock so.)...when I replace the rockers to roller-tip rockers, Should i replace the springs as well..should i change them to a different size.. and when it comes to a rebuild (Im new to that game as well )

... list your best ideas / mods you can come up with .... and imagine you were on a tight budget but want to build this car up....

I have the feeling of deja vu. Haven't I answered these same questions for you in the past?

In your first post, here, you ask:

Then you follow up with:

It sounds as though the decision to overhaul has been made. There was no reason to pull the engine to make those modifications. In your opening post, what does, "I have been around about simple mods for an '84 CFI C4...", mean? The modifications you have planned sound reasonable, however the single, very most important, modification to make is to port your intake manifold. All of your time and money will be wasted if to try to run with your unported stock manifold.

Your sig:

1984 Corvette C4 (RPO-Z51) --1 of 2,430 Gold C4s...
Only 3,729 1984 C4s w/ RPO Z51

Your sig contains a few errors. Rather than "1 of 2,430 Gold C4s", it should read 1 of 2,430 Gold 1984 C4s. There were 2430 gold 1984s. I'm sure there were gold Corvettes built in the remaining 12 years of C4 production. Also, there were 25,995, Z51 optioned cars in 1984. Fully half the '84 production run of 51,547 were Z51 cars, hardly a rarity. "Only 3,729 1984 C4s w/ RPO Z51" is seriously in error.

RACE ON!!!

easy: Timing @12, Port the intake, headers, true dual exhaust without cats (screw algore), 1.6:1 roller rockers, 85 fuel pump, better oil, fuel pressure at about 14 PSI

Less easy: Aluminum heads, cam, roller rockers, megasqirt, higher gears, torque converter

less easy still: 383

less cheap: 427

psychotic: 502, blower, hole in hood.
