Default Best head

I have three sets of stock iron heads for a 350. Is it possible to tell which set, if any, would be the best ones to use by the casting numbers on the heads or do these numbers not reveal all the info needed to make that decision? If the numbers do provide enough info, could anyone tell me where I could get the info to decipher them? Thanks

Thanks. I tried that first one earlier but it went somewhere else. Your link worked.
I have two sets that are 333882 which it just says, 76cc chambers.
The other set is 462624 which says, 76cc chambers 2.02/1.6 valves. It shows several valves sizes for that number but I know this set is that size. The 333882 set I have on now need valve seals as it's pretty blue behind the car when I start it. The 462624 heads are like new. Would it be worth the trouble to change to those heads or just put new seals on the current ones?
If it matters, I have a 350 4bolt from a '74 pickup in it. 35,000 miles on it, currently xe256 cam with tunnel ram and twin 450 carbs. I have a xe268 cam on the way, and a set of headers to go on. Also have a 2400 stall convertor to put in. Dual 2 1/2 exhaust, don't know the gear size. So when I'm doing all that should I swap heads as well?
I know none of these are anything too great, I'd just like to use the best ones I have.
