Painting Engine Fuel rail covers

Iv'e seen some pretty awesome covers that are color keyed to the body color, and my question is: with the "Corvette" letters recessed in the plastic, how is the best way to paint the covers without painting the letters and loseing the color they have? Would appreciate any tips, as I can't figure out a successful method. Thanks for the help in advance!!
