Default New pistons, balancing question

I am replacing the pistons on an existing internally balanced motor. I am looking to avoid rebalancing the assy...

Can this be done if the new pistons are weight matched to the old? Will this retain the balance?

If the new pistons, pins, circlips (if any), and rings are within a gram or two of the originals, you will be fine.
