Let's make sure we all get to E'town this Sat. as early as possible for the Corvette Challenge and Pro 8 Shootout. On the schedule besides our event is the GM High Tech Shootout, the Pro Dial Dash, and the ECIRS Impala Cup race. These will all be run in the morning session so we may only get a limited amount of time shots before the first round of eliminations. I anticipate a lot of cars based upon the good cool weather forecast. Mariana and I will see you guys bright and early Sat. morning. Be safe out there and race on.

I agree with you Bob. The Event from last Friday at E-Town will not be rescheduled. This was the Mustang vs The World with a $500.00 Payout. I called the track and they where sure it will not be resceduled since the end of the season is near.

We will be in lanes 11-13 for full tree and lane 14 will be pro tree for the pro 8 guys.

keep in mind if you are looking for left lane, right lane, 11 and 12 only. 13 will be alternating.

Yeah, me and a few others were very disappointed with only 2 time shots at the last event.

Some of you already know this but, Two time shots is a gift from the track. NHRA rules state that a track must give you one time shot anything beyond that is not required by the track. I don't ever for see the track only giving us one time shot, Since we are never there during a large event. Most times I will get three to four time shots. As like everybody else I need them. My car is hard to dial. I usually dial off the last time shot since it will not be anywhere near the first three.

Rob, you and I have both been at events where you sit for hours only to get 1 time run and then are told to come back tomorrow for time run number 2.
Hey, that would be every National Event wouldn't it.

Regardless of the number of time shots we get on Saturday let's all have a good and SAFE day of racing at E'town. Be safe out there.

Somebody call racewaypark and make sure they have the track ready in time so we can start when we're supose to.
