Sorry your perception of our promting abilitites is that we are no good at it.
The schedule for our event is on www.corvettechallenge.info and so is the usual poll for voting on attendance.
I cannot make people do things, I can only provide the opportunity for them and feel I do a good job at it.
Maybe your attempt at negative promotion could be better served if it were a positive one from the start. If you want to help...help otherwise don't. You say want to help but then you take shots at me. Nice.
The banquet has hit a few snags I am sure that is what you expected. All Corvette Challenge participants can rest assured it will happen even if it has to happen in my garage. I will not leave our friends hanging. (by the way, you never did send me the source for the tickets so I will find someone else to do it from scratch).

Edgar, the main thing i wanted to show is that you can't run this series by yourself at least not with your work and Viper race schedule. The ECS SERIES is almost a full time job. I would have like to have seen someone come in a fill in my place but it seems like thats not going to happen. I don't see you getting the support even I got from others.
As for the banquet I dropped the ball on the tickets when I heard the track was going to run it. I was sure they had there own ticket deal.
As for the banquet in for the banquet in your garage, it a nice thought but your racers deserve more, lets not lower the standards now.
Mack as long as you are still visiting the forum to read about the Challenge, why don't you continue to positively promote the sereis like you used to?
It takes just as much time to say there is a Corvette Challenge as it does, "isn't there"?
The banquet is a way for us to honor participants in the series and we can express driver appreciation, respect and admiration of our friends anywhere. The place is secondary to act. Besides, unless you MC, we have no choice but to lower the standard

Edgar, I've always been there for support, all anyone had to do is ask.
As for MC'ing, I'd would love to if my new schedule allows it.
Let me know, I should still be in Jersey early January.
