M/T 17" drag radial???

I ordered my tires 8-2-04 and they was to be shipped on the 15th but instead I got a card from Summit saying they are on back order for 2-4 wks but expected to be shipped on the 24th" so I was wondering if any one had gotten there tires and how do they hook"?

I got mine a couple weeks ago I never put them on so I do not know how they hook.

Summit told the same thing, so I ordered them from Jegs, only took 2 days to come in.
On a day that the track is prepped well, I've gotten a few 1.65-.66's and alot of 1.68-70's

Please confirm this as M/T states this size 275/40/17 will not be available again for another month..And JEGS just told me they won't have them until Sept 24..
