VERY expensive but just ask the quicker guys what they built for.

This car needs a couple safety items and you are golden!!

Very sweet car, however, I don't think they are going to get anywhere near $101K.

$100,000 Insane. You are paying for a NAME. I've seen C5s as low $15-16k. Give it to Mike Norris or Cartek. Give one of those guys, what, 30-40k (I hear 'bout the C5 guys slapping the $$$ down, probably 40% labor cost) and you'll have a Vette running circles around that "LINGENFELTER" car. Just can't picture 1 C5 for 100k Maybe 2 mostly likely 3.

That car ran a 9.40 no C5 out there will run circles around it.As far as the price I won't add up how much it has cost me to get to the level I am at, but I can tell you the price is not out of line. With all the R&D it gets crazy this is a proven package.

Good Luck with the sale Greg

Well you started with a 40-50k car (probably). And God knows how much you BLEW UP with that BOTTLE 'til you got it right !!!

You say say there is no C5 out there.... (THAT YOU KNOW OF)

Check this out...

C5 ('98 coupe in very used condition) $14,000

Big Block NATURALLY ASPERATED P-2-C engine w/misc $14,000

Back-half, roll cage, wheels, tires, misc $14,000

All figures are on the high side TOTAL $42,000 (running low 9's easily)

'00 C5 VERT $25,000 (Daily Driver) and you still $33,000 for trailer and tow vehicle & PARTY FAVORITES after beating the competition!!

your forgetting one thing, that Z06 is a true street car,ive seen him drive home from the track in the rain on ET streets, its not tubbed, its complete with a/c, it will idle and run all day long in traffic it still looks like a stocker, its easy to hack up a car and make it fast, but try it while retaining all stock stuff and make it fit under the hood and its a different world

Not putting any of this down ( But $100,00 is INSANE )

MY WAY you would have a REAL Race Car and you would have your C5 to drive on the street. That car on the street would not have any traction so in a short distance a slower C5 can possbly beat him (On the street ) and with "the computer" doing the "traction control" that car "ain't going nowhere".

I've driven home from the track with my E.T.STREETS and hit rain a few times and I don't have any computers helping me with drive the car. That's not such a big deal. You just Be Carefull.

This is just "TO EACH HIS OWN" and for $100,000 I just simply showed you how I would spend it. And I THINK my is a little wiser and " LOTA" MORE FUN

Norm I gotta agree with you on this one, 100 g's for a car???? That is rediculus... Who ever buys that will have a nice car but they are paying for name mostly.

For that kinda money I could have my C-3 in the 9's, a killer trailer to haul it in, and 4-5 strippers to hang out in my pit with me every weekend. Who's gonna have more fun?

YO Eddie, I like the idea of the stippers. But you don't have to have a "Race Car" to get them to hang around the car. You need to paint your car YELLOW and then you'll be fighting them off.

C3 guys just think a little differently than the C5 guys.

I think Paris Hilton is a skinny-skankoid, but for $7500, and an evening with Renee Russo, you can kick ME.....
