Who will be going to Maple Grove on July 11, 2004??

Maple Grove will be having a day of racing for Camaros, Firebirds and Corvettes. I will be calling the track on 6-28-04 to get all the details. As of now, I know that the Vettes will have there own bracket class. Here are some questions I will be asking the track when I call Monday, Will there be a slick & DOT class, Electronics allowed, Will there be one bracket class regardless of ET of Vette, Payout, Buy back, Time gates open and What time will eliminations start. I heard a rumor that the payout will be decent. I will confirm this.

I am surprised that there is no on line flyer for this event. The event is listed on the Maple Grove web site 2004 schedule w/o any other info. If someone has any additional questions I should ask - IM me or leave a post. If anyone has any additional info about this event - Please post it.

I called Maple Grove today and was told that the track does not have much info about this event. What they where able to tell me was as follows,

Gates open at 8am, Time trials will begin at 9am, First round will be at 1pm and There will be a Slick Class and a Street Tire Class.

I was told by the person on the phone that all info for this event can be viewed at http://WWW.SKYLINEDRIVECORVETTES.ORG and also at http://WWW.FBODY.COM

I will save you some time, I went to both sites. I found no answers to my questions. There was someone to contact for more info about the event. I am going to E-mail each person from each site with the questions that I have. I will post the answers as I receive them.
