Default Start racing the Vette again or not?

I was trying to sell my C5 for a little while, but won't give the car away for what I was offered so I'll be keeping it for a little while longer. Because I was selling the car, I didn't run the last points race so my points season is in the crapper. Should I even bother, or just keep running my '66 GS in Real Street? I found that my GS likes to be staged, etc. just like the Vette so there's no learning curve if I go back to the Vette.

Artie, in the crapper? You are only 5 points out of top 10 with 8 races to go!

PS ( I missed two races last year)

Have you gotten soft? RACE it!!! I have devoted ours to a race car for life (still drive it daily though). Enjoy it while you have it!

Artie, Face the facts....That car belongs with you. You only have a few thousand left on the loan. Find a cheap ins company or refinance it....Missing one points day shouldn't hurt too much as many people miss at least one. I know I won't be at the next one and if Mike doesn't get his butt out of bed I may not be at the one after that either....
