I decided to hit the track tonight for a little practice for next week's Corvette Challenge and got a little more than I bargained for. I lined up in the lanes for time trials before the gambler's race, but before I had time to air down my ET Streets they pulled the lane. I walked the car out and ran a 12.01 with a 1.74 60-foot. Next pass I was ready and lined up. The track was even more slippery than usual so I didn't launch too hard and here are the results:
RT: .589
60': 1.670
330: 4.881
1/8: 7.613@89.86
1000: 9.978
1/4: 11.978@112.71
I launched the same on the next pass and here's what happened:
The best part is, I ran this through stock exhaust manifolds, with cats and pre-cats and the mods in my sig. I can't wait to see what this car will do with headers and no cats! Thanks Cartek for the perfect tune on my car
Location: Springfield, NJ Raceway Park & Atco Raceway

Wow dude, I didn't even know about this until your girlfriend told us at the track today, very cool!
And you did it on full size fronts?
Nice. :auto:

Artie, great job but I didn't expected you to go out in the first round. :banghead:
I went out in the second round  Traction was a real issue for me Saturday, I am going to be testing new chassis setups this week and next week :yesnod: Plus I had the added pressure Saturday of trying to stay out of the 11s which threw me off quite a bit. I will have the cage in, and ditch the two 50-lb weights I had in the hatch area for the next challenge
