I must be jinxed, I was all set to break into the 11 second club last night. I had my new drag radials mounted, I was down to 1/8th of a tank of gas and I was all pumped up.
On the way to the track traffic came to a stand still for about 30 minutes due to construction and an accident :banghead: then after I got thru all that I got stuck behind someone driving 15 miles an hour under the speed limit with no way around them :mad :mad (they must have sensed my frustration).
I finally got to the track and found it was a MADHOUSE, no test-n-tune for the past 3 or 4 weeks and theres a big race this weekend, I went thru tech and got some 104 fuel then headed over to the staging lanes where I sat for almost an hour before they started letting the street cars thru :cuss .
I was able to make 4 passes in 4 hours and the first was my best, the car felt like it was getting loose about mid track so I let my foot off the gas and ran a 12.1, second pass I redlighted with a -.017 R/T and ran 12.035 :nopity and the last 2 passes aren't even worth mentioning due to bad reaction times and traction issues.
Maybe one of these days I'll get to change my Avatar :cheers:

dude i feel your pain ive been stuck at 11.0 for some time last time out i thought i had it and it ran 11.009 talk about pain in the but keep pluging at it and it will come :cheers:
