West Lebanon NY. Just curious. I see some cool Corvette racing there from time to time. Not sure if any members here race at that track.

I hope to when the car is finished; probably not this season. Don't forget Musclepalooza Sunday 1 September.

Yes, I haven't run at Musclepalooza since we sold our 02 T/A. I will make sure to make it this year. Your car sounds like it will be a beast when it's done. I hope to see you there some time.

Your screen name sounds very familiar. Did you have an LS/T56 swap 3rd gen F-body in the early 2000's and were stationed at Davis Monthan AFB by any chance?

*edit* Actually, I think the screen name I was thinking of was A10beav, but he was an A10 pilot! *edit*

No, Ratical, that wasn't me. I was already out by then. Time flies! Maybe I'll see you up there.

The Calicchia's are in Pro points and are there most Sundays. I join them from time to time. Mine's a black C4 and they both have 99s.....one going low 11s (silver) and the other going low 10s (blue).

Excellent! I usually don't go very many Sundays, more of a TNT guy myself, but I will make it a point to stop in and check those cars out and yours if you are there that day!

I have seen a silver FRC auto C5 there quite a bit on the last few Friday track rentals I went to and he was running low 11's if I remember correctly. Not sure if it is the same one or not.

I was there all day Saturday helping a bunch of my friends with their cars so I was too tired to go back Sunday. My buddy Bill was there with his orange 68 Camaro that has a TT B15 LSX376 though. Car was running 8.60's Saturday and drove it to the car show Sunday!

Hey Gary,
I did look over that Camaro. What a beautiful set up! I didn’t realize it was so quick. Wow

Hello Mike,

It is a deceiving setup because it looks more like a show car than a race car and has those baby looking 62mm Precision turbos on it. Lol. He even has a Gear Vendors overdrive in it for highway cruising.

I have been there once before with the corvette and a few times in the past With my old 2000 Camaro SS running mid 11's.

Vette has A&A Vortec supercharger, ARH 1 7/8 headers, gutted cats, Methanol injection. 275/40/17 MT ET Streets. 635rwhp.

Cool. I gathered from your screen name you must have had a red 2000 SS at some point. Lol.

Sounds like the Vette is a blast to drive! I am trying to stop myself from modding my car since I already have a 68 Camaro I race a lot and a 69 Chevelle project, but if I was going to modify the Corvette the mods I was thinking of are basically just what you have.

Have fun with the car. Maybe catch up with you one of these days when you are back at the track.

Hi Gary,
I just saw this post. Thank you for the info. That’s a really beautiful car. Even Mrs. thought it was nice ( and that’s saying something!).
