Default .008 package

My racing has been regulated to Wed night Gamblers, but still pretty consistent with limited seat time past few years..

Here's a nice slip from last night..
I have better packages (.002, .004), but this was sweet for a round win.
Miss racing on a consistent basis with everyone..!

GOOD JOB!!, I am surprised you let it get that close. Since you had a lot to work with. I am not a risk taker. I would have dropped the anchor.

Yea, but he was .7 faster & comin up too quick..
I knew I wouldn't break out so ran it out the door...
I figured my pass for 11.49 but dialed down so I could stay in it all the way..

Nice, worked out great. When I used used to do a lot of bracket racing for sportsman category. I would also enter a open gamblers. I routinely had cars coming up on me doing 20-40 MPH higher traps than me. Talk about a stiff next trying to see where they are and where the finish is at.
Maybe once I am done making changes to my vette, I can get into it again.

Best package I ever had was a .001 with a perfect light, on a Final. Funny thing is, it was a lucky run. I was not confident that day. It was not very consistent that day, and had to work the tree hard to give me room on the big end. I asked if he wanted to split the purse. He was a Superpro electronic class car with a throttle stop. He laughed and said he would take his chances against my 14.00 second truck.

That made me upset. I dialed hard and figured I had to run it out. It was my best victory ever.

Nice round El. Glad you're still out there racing. Was that in the Vette or is it gone? Been outa the loop for a while.
