Default Should I change my front rotors? pic

Are these "hot spots" or just pad material deposits?
Have them on both front rotors.
Not feeling any pulsing, rotors/pads are 5-6 yrs old.

Do I need to change them?

Check the wear on the pads if they are OK and you have plenty of pad material left and there is no brake pulsation no need to change them.
