are you freakin' kidding me?! 
There has to be more to this than just some random race car thefts, either someone is speculating on the future value of turbo Regals and/or trying to drive up prices of their own TRs by stealing (and maybe destroying
) everyone else's or something along those lines, this is just too weird. 
It almost sounds like something that would involve a South American drug cartel or something.

It seems to me that with as many of these being stolen all over the country, they've gotta be going into a container bound for some other country.

Plant a shiny but not quite running '86/'87 GN in an open lot somewhere with three snipers atop some nearby buildings within range and another in the trunk well 'equipped' and ready to go.I say shoot first, ask questions later.
