A bone stock LS2 C6 automatic is capable of 12.2s at over 115mph (ask me how I know this ) though most run in the 12.4-12.7 range depending on weather/track conditions.
Sticky tires/drag radials will only help so much (as in on a more greasy/unprepped track) as an unmodified LS2 will usually dead hook even on stock tires with a little heat in them.

Like LS1LT1 said.. with very few mods, I've run 12.08 @ 115 mph in my 05 automatic... Stock converter, & 3.15 rear!
