Dave,

I'm locked in for Friday. Also, CF member Joe (Joe11204) is coming and I believe Artie (Vetter 1) is signing up.

As of today, the weather looks to be spectacular!!! This is going to be a blast

John

I heard they still may have a few slots open.

I am gonna do my best to be there and wondering if I'll see anyone I know.

one is a late 90's m3 with a hybrid motor (2.5 ltr block with a 3.2 ltr crank effectively making a 3.0 liter stroker motor nice thick cyl walls with the added displacement), giant turbo, big tires and lots o boost.

the other is an older model 3 series (1987-1991) basic same formula but gutted car that weighs in at 2500 lbs.

these two guys live, sleep, eat and breath turbo and performance. they got together and run a place called maximum psi in linden NJ.

Hey Drew, we had a great time... Was nice meeting you and many of the other guys that we met at the rental... Really glad I was able to get in on it, could have hot-lapped the car all day

John, congrats on that pass you made... street tires and all... awesome I look forward to seeing you in the Pro 10 in 2010!

Artie, I'll see you tomorrow; Thanks so much for your help at the waterbox... was a pleasure to hang out with ya

Doug: you influence me to push her hard - LOL... Another 9 for the books Roll cage needed ASAP

Rob, Always a pleasure to see you at the track. How did your pics come out?

OK... Who did I forget, besides a whole other forum? I think my brain is a bit fry'ed.. really turned out to be a great day.

Vivian took some photos and I'll try to get them posted soon. Right now I think I hear a hot bowl of soup calling my name

And, P.S. Bob, thanks for stopping us on the way out; it was a true pleasure to meet you. Thank you for the kind words.

Drew - outstanding job for including the CF crew. Really appreciate it. I have a bunch of vid of you, including your 11.1 run. Thing of beauty! I'll be sure to get it to you.

Dave - great meeting you and Viv. I will get your 9 sec run burned and drop it to you soon. I appreciate the congrats - I'm still giddy with the run and, as said, officially hooked. Oh, and as expected, FRIED my clutch using those damn sticky tires. Followed Doug back to the shop and a RPS Twin Carbon is going in next week.

And the rest of the breakfast possie, had a blast. Let's do this more often!

John
