Default For Sale: Current Version TAG Systems WSC-2 Weather Station & ET Predictor

This TAG WSC-2 is both a weather station and an ET predictor. It's in perfect working order and has been recently upgraded by the manufacturer to the current (236 firmware) version.

It comes complete with case, USB cable, and current software disc (Version-141) that enables downloading TAG logs to your PC.

Wanted to offer this TAG to a racer here, before putting it up on ebay.

Jegs, Summit, and TAG sell this unit new for $429. TAG occasionally sell refurb units for $379.

Selling mine for $310, including shipping to continental-US addresses via UPS ground, insured.

Will accept personal check by mail and then ship once check clears. Or will accept PayPal.

That is great. The TAG is a great weather station. I use it and I swear by it. I know - NO SWEARING.

All we needed was another Corvette Challenge guy with a TAG or similar weather station running around E-town. LOL!
I need to print on it, "Do not put on tire" right?

There are many more do not's but the list is way too long for my post. See Jpee for a complete list. From what I have read here over the years he has done it all. If it does break, ask Ted at Tagrace for the Jpee discount on the next one.

Hey if anyone needs help with their TAG just see me... I bought 1/2 dozen three yrs ago and still have 3 left..

Last yr I didn't run over ANY!

I'm getting the impression some racers think I'm getting "SENILE" just because I accidentally ran over 4 of my TAG weather stations... BTW they (TAG) know me on a first name bases

With careful instruction and teaching from JP chances are you will not put the weather station on top of your tire and run it over.
Also since JP is the original master of the TAG weather station I expect nothing less than you winning the coveted Rookie of the Year Award.

I never understood why Jpee puts in on the top of the tire.

On the bad side it picks up heat from the exhust
on the good side it get heat form the tire but that might be bad too

If he wants the heat from the tire, wouldn't it be better to put it on the bottom of the tire so it gets the heat from the ground contacting the tire and therefore that would be the most accurate reading of tire to track mating..........oh wait...he has done that too

Aha that's the thing, you only think that you're getting a new one, they're actually just sending you your old busted ones reconditioned and merely telling you that they're new LOL.

Did you really break 4 of them over the years?
