Corvettes vs The World--Should we reschedule for Spring?--

I'm concerned I just don't have time now to pull this off. I don't think we will get enough cars ans sponsors now. I recommend we reshedule for early March. Now etown has an event on Nov 15th. What do you guys think? We need to decide by Monday!

I'm not sure what else is needed it make this happen?
The Date is reserved (that's a big plus)
I'm sure if we advertise this, a lot of cars will show.
How many cars are needed to pay for the track?
Do we really need a payout? Maybe just some trophies.
Would this be treated like a rental, were the rules are alittle relaxed?

Maybe we post here who is interested and what index they fit and then we advertise for competitors for those classes.

RESCHEDULE the event.
I think you will loose many cars to the Corvette Challenge. I will choose the CC over this event due to points.
If you reschedule, This will give you more time to spread the word and get more sponsors.

Grudge match? I am in. I will loose the weight in my car so that we are all even in weight to make it fair.

im in providing new setup gets in on time. the suppliers are already sending the wrong stuff. only thing i can count on is(amr) tommy and troys efforts to get me there.they always give over 100%. but i would not object to early spring either. do what it takes scheduling wise that will make the event a sucess and have people coming back for more of it.;

Thanks... If its a go, I'll try and go.. I can race at RP Sat.. sleep at my cousin on Texas Rd.. and I only have a 1 hr drive to Atco on Sunday..

Are those classes for sure (12.5 index) I ran 12.11 shallow, I'll lose a little (guess .10 by going deep) and add a little weight, and hope the weather is NOT - 500' I should be in the ballpark for 12.5

I'm in . What are the chances of moving it to the last weekend in November , it will give us that much more time to promote it . Atco has nothing but test n tune on the 29th and 30th . Are they open to other cars for test n tune on the 16th ? Or is it a private event ?
