ECS CC Makeup for the Makeup 11/15

Corvette Challenge, Pro 11.5 and Pro 8 Postponed to November 15 10/25/08 - Raceway Park has officially rained out all racing activities for the today, October, 25, 2008. Our new makeup date is now Saturday, November 15, 2008. This will be a single session day with gates scheduled to open at 9 AM which mean about 8:30 for us. This will become our final points day of the season. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Hoosiers are very scary to say the least in the rain. I was unfortunate to get caught in a storm and had to drive 45 miles to get back home.

That's one of the reasons why I didn't even try to come down this morning. I looked at the weather report and decided it wasn't worth the risk, my DR's a pretty worn so driving in the rain is not pleasant.

Ellis, if you need me for driving duties tomorrow or even Monday (should be dry out) let me know, I'd bring it out to you and then I'd just need a ride back up to the shop of course.

It was NEVER going to rain!! I was just kidding, and the "National Weather Service" actually believed me, and predicted it...

Then it was like a snowball rolling downhill .... everyone started to believe it was gonna rain, even RP & our leader Redgar...

I learned never to joke around with the National Weather Service....

The only positive that I can think of that will come of this is the weather will be KILLER and a lot of people will get new personal best times.!!

Slight drizzle up here but it's coming.
At some point today E-town will see enough rain to have needed to shut down and I guess they just didn't want to deal with the rainchecks and half completed eliminations and such. But there is a chance that the CC events could've been completed even before the rains come, especially if fewer cars showed up in the first place (due to the threat of rain).

But did you ever see the movie with Mel Gibson "The Conspiracy Theory".... I bet that what that "Evil" Panuzzo Team did, so he would get more track time on his Cartek Tune, and give Jeanne a shot at @ 1 ....

It rained some by me earlier and was drizzling a few minutes ago.
