I was going to post that yesterday but found a CC discrepancy I wanted to clarify.

Looks like we have a few more opportunities to race in other events like the Etown index, the EFI classes and Pro Dial Dash in addition to Real Street.

I'm considering running in Street ET series on Sundays. Should be fun with the new rules.

The only thing that I personally don't like and never did is the corvette challenge and the show and go on the same day. Everytime this happens people complain. That is one long hot day in August....

10 second autostart with no holding the tree for deep stagers and no more blocking the tree. Deep stagers are on their own.

I was able to steer clear of that the past couple of years Tony but not this year. It is one of those things, some people like and some don't.

I believe all DIV 1 tracks will conform to the way MG runs the tree. '08 BF deep will be permitted but not honored. No more holding the tree even if 2 are deep. Also no more "deep" on your windows. MG drivers meeting said you can have it on the body of your car but not on the glass or anywhere at the BF. Factory sunvisor or your hand are legel but nothing else (ie tape, paiint, cardboard, etc). Tracks want to get their races use to MG system for the BF so they will be using the 10 second autostart.

I think that is bracket finals method but I think tracks can decided what classes and whether to run bracket finals like for all races.

I am waiting to hear from RP on what will happen with our Corvette Challenges

From the MG drivers meeting it was stated that all track owners voted the same way in the owners meeting.

I didn't see "TommyD" Day in the schedule.

As mayor of Monroe and keeper of the Vette Drag Time Archives for CF, that’s the least he deserves. Go Tommy.
