Default 100 miles on ET streets?

I'm going to race at Famoso this Friday but I wanted to leave the tires mounted and drive there.

My question is....what's the longest distance you have driven on ET streets? They are mounted on 17" Z06 rims. Would it be ok to drive 100 miles one way with them?

I used to drive to LACR that way, but it was only about 20 miles from my house. I see alot of people drive with their drag packs, but my concern is the long distance.

Thanks

I drive apx. 40 miles each way to the track. ET Streets are fine (I have 16"). The skinnies up front are the interesting part. Take it easy on the turns! Oh, and don't get caught in the rain.....

Simi to LACR on my Drag Pack with no problems. I will be going from Simi to Fontana from now on and will be driving on them as well. Don't worry about it, just make sure the tire pressure is not too low....be safe.

Thanks Robert. Any chance of you making it out Friday night to Famoso? It's open test and tune at 6:00pm. There are some more vettes going as well.

Fallbrook to LACR for every race! No problem with tires. I think they went 2-1/2 seasons.

Hey Robert, Hows it going? Hope things are good at work. I sold my house and Alice moved to Havasu. I am renting a room near work. I want to let all the WCCC group know there is a big bracket race at LV on thanksgiving weekend. I believe its three days with a lot of money up for grabs. There is a footbrake class with no electronics.

Hey there , glad your going to make it ,no takers on the zr1 guys, but it will be nice to meet you guys. i have to drive 200 miles one way over tehachipi. put 25lbs of air in the ET streets and DO NOT make any sudden lane changes, cuz it can get real squirrely quick (ask me how I know) just cruize and no problem at all . may want to bring an air tank so you can air up before going home. see ya there.
