I was at Maple Grove this weekend.. good racing Fri & Sat.. I got to the track today, & it looked bad from the get go... after 1st round of TF it started to rain & they stopped it..
I told Doug... "I'm Outta Here" I ain't gonna wait all day in the rain.. and left the track at 12:00 noon..
I am home now taking my "Meds" and feel good, as for the races... well here is the forecast.. Oh BTW Ralph and Dennis were NOT at the race so that can't be blamed

..... 'somehow', word is circulating on other-Forums that the race might possibly be rescheduled in NOVEMBER.....
When NHRA gave 'da Grove the Keystones in '85, they allowed Mike Lewis & Company to pick which of the available weekends they wanted, and after consulting with the Farmer's Almanac, they decided that 2 weeks after Labor Day had traditionally been the driest week in Eastern Taxylvania:
so-much for traditions.
