My former car is kicking ass in Russia!

I just got word that my former car qualified so far ahead of everyone else that a driver from Japan protested and asked the race coordinators to check the timing equipment So they stopped qualifying! I won't say how much quicker she ran until I'm sure it WASN'T equipment error because I couldn't believe it myself! Supposedly, they stripped the car to bare bones and lost a lot of weight. But they were worried about traction on the airport strips so they put 120 kilos of sand in the back for better traction. That's 264 lbs for you non-metric folk On one of the qualifiers they decided to remove the weight and the car ripped off an incredible pass. Waiting on details and, hopefully, video.

A lot shorter than here but it gets very hot during the summer there.

It didn't burn up. Something caught fire but it couldn't have been bad since they fixed it in 6 weeks.
